CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how to cancel purchases, subscriptions, and bookings made through whoamicoach.com.
1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. This 14-day period begins:
• For physical goods: the day you receive them.
• For services or digital products: the day the contract is entered into (i.e. the date of purchase).
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, inform us clearly before the 14-day period expires by:
• Emailing us at billing@whoamicoach.com with your name, order reference, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
We will acknowledge your cancellation by email promptly.
3. Digital Products
Your right to cancel a digital product is lost once you have downloaded or accessed the file, provided you gave prior consent at checkout. If you have not yet downloaded the product, you may cancel within 14 days.
4. Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Because all physical merchandise is made specifically to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production has begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, contact us at hello@whoamicoach.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to halt production, but this cannot be guaranteed.
5. Subscriptions
If you hold a subscription or recurring membership:
• You may cancel at any time by contacting us at billing@whoamicoach.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that point.
• No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period, unless the subscription has not yet started.
6. Coaching Sessions & Scheduled Appointments
For individually booked coaching sessions:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance: full refund or rescheduled session at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee may be retained to cover preparation time.
• Non-attendance without notice: no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session where necessary. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We will always act fairly. If you are experiencing exceptional personal circumstances, please get in touch and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
