It works in two parts. The Outside looks at the you the world gets — how you come across in seven seconds, which version shows up in different rooms, and whether any of them actually feel like you. The Inside goes somewhere most people avoid. The things you think but don't say. The values you actually hold. The beliefs about yourself you've been carrying without ever checking if they're true.
You can write in it. Draw in it. Leave sections and come back. There are no right answers — only honest ones and less honest ones.
At the start you'll mark a number: how well do you know yourself right now? At the end you'll mark it again. The shift is usually one the most interesting things you'll learn about yourself.
Nobody is reading this but you. That's the point. That's what makes it work.
